The hotel is downtown and it’s really easy to move around. Has nice rooms , renovated bathrooms with great shower, good breakfast. The staff is awesome, kind and extremely helpful - they really make the difference. |

La evaluación anterior fue para nuestro hotel en Valparaiso, disculpen la confusión. El Hotel Vegas lo conocemos hace 15 años. Buena ubicación en el centro de Santiago, precios muy razonables, y personal muy atento. Como efificio antiguo, algunos cuartos necesitan renovación, peto siiempre estamos a gusto. |

Perfecta ubicación en los cerros de Valparaiso. Cuarto con terraza con vista al mar y al puerto. Personal joven y muy atento dia y noche, especialmente cuando necesité ayuda por uns caida fuera del hotel. Y por último, un restaurante de primrera abajo para cenar, y buen desayuno con omelettes preparados en el momento. Fue mi mejor hotel en 50 años de estar viajando |

Ficamos acomodados no terceiro andar e subir 3 lances de escadas com malas é algo para ser revisto, pois fica muito ruim. Talvez construir um elevador somente para as malas seria algo que ajudaria muito. |

Everything was very good with the exception of the 3rd floor rooms. This area remained quite warm due to a skylight that tended to warm this floor during the day. The air conditioner was not enough to overcome the heat generated during the day so these room remained uncomfortable during the night. |

This is a great location; the area is lovely. My only complaint was when we asked for water for the 2nd night, we were told it would be charged to our room. (The first night we got 2 complimentary bottles.) Are they discouraging people to stay more than one night? The woman who worked in the bar area, sorry I forgot her name, was very nice. She gave us ice when we came back to the hotel on very hot afternoons. No charge! |

I had the bounty of staying at Vegas Hotel during my visit to Chile to attend the dedication of Templo Baha'i de Sudamerica and stayed at Vegas Hotel. I found the hotel comfortable, and the staff wonderful. someday I hope to return for another visit |

El hotel está bien ubicado, la limpieza es impecable, aunque dos días no me dejaron agua, por eso quité un punto del 10. En cuanto al confort lo he valorado con un 7 y los 3 puntos que he quitado se deben a la falta de conexión wifi, lo cual complicó mi estadía y no me permitió hacer todas las cosas que tenía que hacer en la ciudad, lo primero que miro de un hotel es si tiene wifi, porque es imprescindible para mi, este hotel decía que tenía, pero casi nunca funcionaba. |
