Lovely boutique hotel. Conveniently located near a metro stop and lots of bus stops. Walkable to numerous restaurants in Lastarria and a very doable walk to the Plaza de armas and Cerro San Cristobal. Attentive staff. Quiet room. Great coffee at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming hotel in a convenient part of town. Very small, boutique hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Hotel Su Merced to any of our friends traveling to Santiago!

L’insonorisation entre chambre et couloir est insuffisante : on entend le passage dans l’escalier, l’ouverture de la,porte de la chambre voisine, la musique dans le lobby. Dommage alors que c’est soigné côté rue.

Very impressed with the hospitality and the location . Great to have two suitcase stands. The park outside is an advantage for carefree walking & orientating oneself but the downside relates to night street noise.

En el cuarto número 10 el ruido de la bomba de agua es muy perturbador para dormir, hace ruido toda la noche. Podrían también tener ventanas mejores para no permitir el paso del ruido de la calle. en el cuarto número 3, habia una araña del tamaño de la mano que nuestro amigo logró matar.

El hotel es muy bien ubicado, limpieza perfecta, personal muy calificado y con gran atencion al cliente. La habitcion no abre las ventanas, eso es lo unico punto a mejorar.

I was the only one at the restaurant, and I had a wonderful time talking with all the staff. Everyone was kind and knowledgable about the wines and food. I would stay again for wonderful beds. I may stop by again just to have dinner & a chat before I leave.

We had a wonderful 4 nights here. The hotel was a great place to relax and unwind after a holiday in Peru, including walking the Inka Trail and being in the Amazon jungle. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It is in a great location and we would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Muy bien todo! un agrado el personal. Un detalle, muy detalle pero que influye, el sábado alrededor de las 9:30 el personal (obviamente sin querer) comenzaron a hablar por radios desde la caja de escala, y se escuchaba todo. Es un detalle y pasa y da lo mismo, pero ahí quedamos desvelados y es fácil evitarlo. El resto un agrado!

TV remote does not work. Room too small for the rate being charged. Street noise very loud. Poor refreshment variety on Level 4 - we were told fruits were availble but not staff are very friendly and helpful and room is very clean. Good location.

Veníamos de un largo viaje y queríamos descansar. El cuarto quedaba frente a la avenida, que en las fotos del website se veía como si no existiera sino que el parque quedaba justo al frente y se escuchaba el ruido de los pasillos y de las escaleras.

En lineas generales, la estadía fue muy acogedora, con excelente trato y un buen nivel de confort. La habitación si bien algo pequeña, era bastante cómoda. La principal deficiencia, es la mala aislación acústica que existe. Desde nuestra habitación se podían escuchar las conversaciones en el shaft de la escalera, el sonido de la cafetera en la cocina, las descargas del sanitario de otras habitaciones, etc, que finalmente atentan contra un buen descanso. Es notorio que todo esto son sonidos al interior del hotel, no exteriores.
